Is OpnForm Blacklisted?
Hey Guys, Thanks for this great App! I was wondering if OpnForm was currently listed on a global Blacklist? My issue: I can’t access any of opnform’s Webservices, because my Internet Provider block’s it.... If you haven’t had an issue, this might be interesting for you, if maybe more customers can’t access, you know why. Regards
export failed
Hello, We are getting the below error message when trying to export a record/row from the submissions table, after checking it. This started almost amonth ago my teammember couldnt export then a week ago I upgraded her from read only and still the same error, then on my side now the same error. I’m not sure what’s going on just wanted to make a bug report rq!

Clicking on a Select field inside a embedded form shifts scroll position
With a form that contains a select field is embedded on a website. If you click on the select field to display the options to choose from the window scrolls up to the top of the iframe. It seems to be related to positioning and focussing on the opened select-options.
Form email integration not working
Hello, I’m not getting email notifications from my form submissions for some reason. Attached is how I set up the integration. I just want certain info to show up in the email sender and subject fields so my email filters will assign results to different folders depending on their answers. But I’m not getting email notifications at all. Any help is appreciated!
Exporting with 1 checked row exports all
Hi there, I know this has been discussed recently but just wanted to post in case this is a bug, it looks like when we check records/rows in the submissions table, we should then be able to click buttons to perform functions only on the checked rows, like the export button at top right. currently, it disregards the checkbox selection and exports everything. It would be amazing if this could only export the selected row since we are trying to do a project based on that one customer’s submission(s) and not allowed to share projects from other customers’ submissions during the process. Thanks for any timeline or insight on this feature request! Great changes recently!

Getting 500 error when moving through pages
I have a study with about 10 pages, and o page 3 when I click next it does not work. Logging in causes browser crash
When I login (Google oAuth) it takes me to the home screen or the /home dashboard and goes crazy with the success messages causing the tab to crash. I managed to get it to go away by quickly going to another screen in the app. But it is really annoying when initially logging in
Pictures are not visible in forms
I tried to upload a picture but it is not visible in the standard design. I tried all kind of formats but none works. A couple of weeks back it still worked well.
Hidden Fields show "(Hidden Field)" when unhidden through logic
See the screenshots below (hidden and unhidden), when unhiding the fields with the checkbox via a Rule in the Logic section, instead of the red star (input required) being shown, it just shows “(Hidden Field)”. Seems to have changed in the last 2 weeks or so, it wasn’t like this before (it showed the * as expected). Self hosted with docker and fully updated. Many thanks!
No notification
I have someone filled out the form but I have not received the submission on email. This happened TWICE. Please check and get back to me. Thanks.
clicking settings after changing the form wipes the changes
IDK why but I just clicked settings to change the submit button text and as soon as it opened the screen changed from wide (which I set the design of the form to Wide and modified the blocks on each page..) losing my progress (all changes). this is a form that was made before the recent updates. then when I try to re-implement the changes it doesn’t display in the center on the form, just in the right side panel. and when I click publish to save and hope that it resuscitates my changes, it says in red error text popup “the submitted text must be a valid text” won’t let me publish.
Saving Form issues + upload block bugs
As discussed by many ppl in the discord trying to hack together a way to save partial submissions, I want to share a suggestion here. First, Does anyone else have positive experience to share with the new “save partial submissions”? So far it hasn’t worked for me and I’ve tested it a couple times but the cost of a failed form submission for my business is pretty severe (not just the cost of a lead but of a high value client) so I try not to test it much, so far it only saves blank fields and clutters up the rows with things I need to delete. Plus it only works if their cache is reliable which will never be as reliable as just gathering a quick submission. If we could add a button which Saves, it would just be a submit button which also makes them create a login. Would a login to opnForm work so they could log back in later and change the form from where they left off, having it pre-populate based on the saved record? I guess we’d need to add an invisible record row with their user ID/auth credential so when they come back they get the record saved, maybe this should be on an opnForm homescreen for users who are not yet “form builders/hosters”? this could be a viral growth coefficient to really skyrocket user count. I will save screenshots of customer feedback now, p.s. there is also an issue with the upload block where some clients are not able to delete things, this guy ran into it but also another client yesterday complaining about similar issue where videos were uploaded to her frontend but were not accepted and couldn’t be deleted so she had to start the form over from scratch. opening workspace from home screen isn't automatic anymore
it used to be, if having multiple workspaces in opnform (before last week’s UI update) when opening opnform.com and being logged in, you would click the workspace you want to work in from the dropdown, and it auto-opens. Now, it just shows that you selected it, but doesn’t load until you click the OpnForm logo image (which I thought was the home page link but it takes you away from the home page into the workspace, now). marking as a bug since I think it’s a quick error/fix :)
