Why does the validation rules not work on the email field in this case and the data does not trigger a validation error?

Here’s what’s happening:

The validation is still triggering because the field has a custom validation rule applied, and even if the block is conditionally disabled, that custom rule will still run in the background. This is why the email field shows an error when the rule is active, even though the block should be hidden or disabled based on the conditions.

To fix this, please remove the custom regex validation you added:

^[a-zA-Z0-9]([._-]?[a-zA-Z0-9]+)*@[a-zA-Z0-9-]+\.[a-zA-Z]{2,}$ 

The email field already has built-in email validation, so you don’t need to set a custom rule for it. Once the custom rule is removed, the conditional logic will work as expected and the field won’t trigger validation when disabled.
