Share Submissions or Download them

I work with sensitive data and can’t share all responses when I share certain responses with the ppl I work with. To solve this, and also to help with working with my customers, could the new View Submission eyeball icon have an option to make that submission record a sharable link for read only (preferably password protected just like the form fill password protection function)? This would be amazing for private & secure data shares (instead of downloading All records, modifying the excel doc, and then sharing the file manually)
