security features for the digital signature required

1. Audit trials: Detailed audit trails for each document signed. This includes the signer's identity, the timestamp of the signature, and the IP address from which the document was signed, providing crucial evidence for the authenticity of the signature.

2. Document Integrity: After a document is signed electronically, it is secured with a digital certificate, to prevent tampering. Any alterations made after signing can be detected, thereby ensuring the integrity of the signed document.

Basically, it sounds like just email the form instead of public URL access, then 2. upon signing, add something like DocuSign/ContractHub like “OpnForm Verified Signature #6824466969”. Then in the back end of the data submitted, if you have time, please include the IP address from the doc signed as well as timestamp.

If this can be extended to cover HIPAA compliance, we have a winner!
