says all forms were updated 2 days ago

I did not edit all forms 2 days ago. Not sure if there was an update pushed so that a bunch of forms (maybe any containing certain modules like a rich text module?) were marked as Updated 2 days ago. Maybe related, there was also a lot of opnform.com down signals on my roboalp monitor, along with some other sites like dyndns.com going down just a couple times, also for 0 minutes total (like 1 second only) so IDK if there was some refresh that happened on the back end. Anyway, it would be very useful if we could see the dates of edits and the dates of submissions either from the homescreen or the main edit screen, could it be possible to add that as a table sorta like the submissions table? this way I can track what forms have been recently used by users vs. by editors, by history logs. Maybe I need to self host to do that today but would be cool to see these logs on cloud!
