Require Email Verification for Submission Option

There are some cases where it is important to ensure the contact form email indeed is owned/controlled by the person submitting the form. So it would be nice for these cases, to require their provided email to be verified in order to submit.

E.g. If they are submitting to the ‘Legal’ department for example, we could require email verification to ensure validity. This is one area where having raw emails for contact is superior to contact forms (email is validated, due to being sent from that email), having an email verification option could add this benefit to contact forms also - while simultaneously decreasing spam.
