E-mail notifications: more customization options

Currently it’s possible to customize most of the email notfication’s content.

What is currently not possible -and is possible in the slack/discord notifications- is the option to disable the “Edit submission” button that comes with each notification. Given that the responsees are allowed to edit the submissions of course. I think that the button in most cases is not necessary, and that one should not be able to alter the responsees submissions - only they should be able to do that.

There may be other limitations or feature requests regarding customization of email notifications. In that case you can list them below.
