Date format options & date picker restrictions

We need different date format options in the date picker. For example: mm-dd-yyyy but also maybe dd-mm-yyyy

Also, I would love if there were restriction/additional options for the date pickers.

1. Restrict to a date to on or before a certain date (i.e. for date of births, must be older than a certain age, 18+ for example)

2. Restrict a date to on or after a certain date (i.e. must choose a future date for a meeting)

3. Restrict between a certain date range (i.e. hosting a one-week event on July 1-8, 2024)

4. Dedicated age restriction, i.e. calculates 18 years from current date

5. Set default date (i.e. Jan. 1, 2000 - instead of today's date)
